I consider the Bush family and Karl Rove as totally unredeemable. Maybe they will some day turn to Jesus.

I wonder if this story is really connected to the fact that the Bush administration wants to spy on us all.

I did not miss the point of your article. I understood that you liked and respected Eva. I'm sure that your pointing out the fact that people did not like her would not have bothered her one bit. However, I did not think it was respectful of you to do so. She was loved and cherished by "far" more people than not.

Rosey:

You missed the point of my article. Eva Grace Noblin was a grand ol' dame, but she had plenty of detractors, plenty of people who did not like her.

Why? Because she was frank and honest and spoke her mind. That's why I respected her and liked her so much.

When I began to read the second paragraph of your commentary, I could not help wanting to stop your words. "Far from everyone's favorite person" are not words that should be used in any description of Eva Grace Noblin. Perhaps if you had been an abused child that she reached out to when noone else did, you would understand. Perhaps if you had been a poor family in need of food or clothes or money, a child that needed someone to care enough to take them to church, a teen that was not popular and needed to fit in and on and on and on. You may think you knew Eva Noblin, but if you had really understood her, you would not have been able to use those words.
